We're a well-funded startup (funded by sequoia, dcg etc) building a platform that makes advanced AI agents accessible to everyone. The opportunity is huge and to build a platform that makes it easy for anyone to launch autonomous agents with a simple user friendly interface is a big undertaking. This is why I am looking for an engineering lead who can help us build the platform infra very quickly from 0 to 1 and in parallel make decision to scale the platform effectively too.

As our first technical hire, you'll shape our platform's architecture and lead the development of our core product & recruit talent to shape the engineering future of the product.

Role Overview You'll own end-to-end development, architect scalable solutions, and build the foundation for our engineering team. This role combines hands-on coding with technical leadership, perfect for someone passionate about AI/ML and scalable platforms.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement our platform's architecture, from frontend to AI pipelines
• Build and optimize core features while ensuring platform scalability
• Integrate various AI frameworks and third-party services
• Lead technical decision-making and mentor & hire future team members
• Work closely with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals

What You Bring

• You are hands-on with 5-7+ years of full-stack development experience
• Strong background in AI/ML, particularly in NLP and modern frameworks
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and scalable architectures
• Expertise in Python/Node.js, React/Next.js, and database design
• Track record of leading technical projects or mentoring developers
• Startup mindset: comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration

• Experience with AI agent frameworks and MLOps
• Contributions to open-source projects
• DevOps expertise
